Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased online are eligible for a refund (minus shipping charges) if returned within 14 days of receipt/order pick up confirmation. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused. Any items purchased on clearance, from the Holiday Shop, the Black Friday Sale and The 12 Days of Christmas Deals are not eligible for return or refund.
The CLEARANCE ITEMS are final sale. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for any shipping costs and all original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item, consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost items and can not guarantee we will receive the item.
Once we receive the returned item(s) we will process a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 3 - 5 business days. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your payment method. This varies depending on your financial institution.
At this time, we do offer exchanges. If you need to exchange for a different item or size please follow the return process above. If you need to ship your exchange, we need to receive the item first before we send out a new size.
